History

ABC Umformtechnik in Gevelsberg was spun off from the ABC Group in 2003 as an independent GmbH with a focus on the automotive industry and is now a company of the international FAWER Group.

Altenloh, Brinck & Co., with headquarters in Ennepetal, has developed since 1823 into a specialist for cold forming, surface coating application technology and highly specialized manufacturing equipment. In 1912, the plant was founded in Gevelsberg, the current location of ABC Umformtechnik.

Since 1978 Altenloh, Brinck & Co. also supplies the automotive industry and from 1987 a business unit specializes in wheel fastening systems as well as bolted joint solutions.

Historie ABC
In 2003, ABC Umformtechnik and SPAX International become independent companies under the umbrella of the ABC Group.

In 2021/22 ABC Umformtechnik becomes a company of the FAWER Group. In the rising global automotive supplier, the company stands for comprehensive expertise and experience in research & development, production and forming technology of customized wheel fastening systems and bolt connection solutions in the automotive industry.
