Motor glands

Our engine bolted joints are designed for fatigue-proof connections and high preload forces. This is because these fasteners are among the most demanding connections in vehicle construction, as they are subjected to high static and dynamic forces and usually also higher temperatures.

Examples:

• Central bolts for camshaft and crankshaft
• Cylinder head bolt
• Bearing bracket bolt with defined requirements for preload forces during assembly and operation as well as for safety against dynamic transverse displacements
