Our quality policy
Zero-defect quality and the highest level of customer satisfaction are our claim and obligation for everyone – from the managing director to the trainee. Accordingly, we align all activities in a targeted, timely and systematic manner. We rely on prevention to meet our own and the customer’s requirements for products, projects and contracts.
Our claim is to always be optimally competitive. Against this background, process quality, anticipatory error prevention and the lowest possible costs are of central importance to us. For us, quality means doing things right from the start and continuously improving our processes. Our suppliers make a major contribution to the quality of our products. That is why we place the same quality demands on them as we do on ourselves.
In order to meet these high standards and to document this transparently, we have ourselves certified on a regular basis. We are certified according to IATF 16949, and we also implement the requirements of product-related specifications and customer-specific regulations. In addition, we are guided by the requirements of the VDA/AIAG regulations.
